How it started…
Jeff’s introduction to painting & coatings began in El Cajon, California in the mid 1980’s, working with epoxy and urethane coatings, and abrasive media blasting to paint fleet equipment for construction companies and corporate clients.
For the next decade, Jeff focused on all aspects of coating performance with a special interest in how the equipment could enhance the results and make his business more efficient.
When it changed…
In 2005, Jeff was looking for new opportunities and moved to Northwest Arkansas where Freedom Coatings LLC was officially established, then coatings and repairing roofs was their main focus.
Over the past 20 years, Freedom Coatings LLC has built its foundation on relationships with suppliers including, Graco Inc, Everest Systems and GE "Enduris” Roof Coatings.

The big leap forward...
Like all businesses, being able to stay competitive requires being open to new ideas.
In 2015 Jeff designed and introduced the first mechanical application device (roof rig) to increase productivity.
The development of Freedom Coatings proprietary equipment allows us to provide cost savings on projects while delivering a high degree of consistency to our customers.
